Use this page as the public support reference for account, purchase, creator, and collection issues. A support form or dedicated mailbox can replace this starter copy when launch details are finalized.

Support Email

For now, contact support at support@thepullclub.com once that mailbox is active.

Until the support mailbox is configured, users should contact the site owner directly through the current test-user support channel.

Before live payment processing begins, The Pull Club should publish a support phone number and the full registered merchant name and business address as searchable text.

Billing Support

For The Pull Club account, pack, collection, creator, or content questions, contact The Pull Club support.

If Segpay processes a live payment, users may visit https://cs.segpay.com/ for billing support, charge identification, and processor help. Segpay lists consumer support at 1-866-450-4000 for US consumers and +1-954-414-1610 for international consumers.

What To Include

For purchase issues, include account email, creator name, set name, purchase date, bundle type, packs expected, tax/total charged, and any processor receipt or transaction ID.

For collection or pack opening issues, include the set name, approximate time, device/browser, and what happened on screen.

For missing image or QR issues, include the QR link, set name, screenshot, and whether the set looked draft, expired, or unavailable.

Creator Help

Creators can request help with creator profile setup, set creation, QR links, image uploads, sale windows, and payment account routing.

Do not share account passwords with support. If collaborator tools are added later, use those tools instead of sharing direct login information.

Content and Age Reports

Report creator content that appears unauthorized, misleading, infringing, unlawful, age-restricted without proper controls, or against payment processor rules.

Include the creator name, set name, card name if available, screenshots, and a short explanation of the concern.

For content complaints, takedown requests, consent concerns, or reports involving illegal or non-consensual content, use the Complaints & Content Removal page linked in the footer.

Chargeback Warning

Contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can check delivery, processor records, and account status.

Payment disputes may temporarily affect pack access, account access, or creator payout review while the processor investigates.
